Cancellation Protocols

Meal Micks (a brand of Kamal Foods, Visakhapatnam) is committed to delivering freshly prepared pickles, podis, masalas, papads, and other traditional food products with utmost quality and hygiene. Since all our products are consumable food items prepared in limited batches using natural ingredients and traditional methods, cancellation requests are subject to specific conditions as outlined below.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within six (6) hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. If the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the delivery partner, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Cancellation requests can be made through the registered customer account (where cancellation functionality is available) or by contacting our official customer support channels.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products, it is not possible for us to recall or redirect shipments after they have been handed over to the logistics partner.

Orders placed under bulk purchases, festive packages, corporate gifting, customized combo packs, or limited-time promotional offers (if marked non-cancellable) cannot be cancelled once confirmed. These orders are prepared or reserved specifically based on customer confirmation and inventory allocation.

If a cancellation request is approved prior to dispatch, the refund will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer, and customers will be required to provide accurate bank account details for processing.

Cancellation requests will not be entertained in situations where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided by the customer, or where delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability at the time of delivery. Orders placed during special sale campaigns or exclusive promotional events may also be marked as non-cancellable.

Meal Micks reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to product unavailability, technical errors, pricing discrepancies, payment authorization failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
