Meal Micks follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
No Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products including pickles, podis, premixes, masalas, snacks, papads, and combo packs, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be returned.
Customers are requested to review product details, quantity, and delivery information carefully before confirming the order.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made on the Meal Micks website are final. We do not provide refunds once the payment is successfully processed. This includes cases of change of mind, incorrect product selection, taste preference, or delayed delivery caused by external factors.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to personal taste, improper storage after delivery, or minor variations in texture, color, or packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In rare cases where a product is delivered in a physically damaged condition or a completely incorrect item is received, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement of the same product. No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests placed after dispatch will not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
Meal Micks is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. Such situations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
